Bill Scandone |
Bill Scandone is managing partner of
the Strategic Rewards Group. Bill has been in Human Resources thirty-five
years and has been involved in labor relations, training and global
compensation and benefits. His experience has been with professional
associations, academics, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries.
Bill has held executive positions in the pharmaceutical industry for
30 years including Pfizer and SmithKline Beecham.
Bill has been responsible for the design, implementation and communication
of global compensation and benefit programs, outplacement, sales and
long-term incentive schemes, equity plans, and expatriate programs.
He has been directly involved with the Human Resource aspects of acquisitions
and divestures for the top pharmaceutical companies. Bill holds an
MBA and MS from the Temple University Fox School of Business, and
has World at Work certification in both compensation and benefits.

Anders Halden |
Anders Halden is a partner of the
Strategic Rewards Group. Anders started his career in international
human resources in his native Sweden working with recruitment and
conditions for foreign aid staff, also spending four years in Botswana
as a field program manager. He then moved to the Ericsson Group, managing
policies and employment conditions for local management in some 80
countries as well as a 900 expatriate program.
Since moving to the U.S. in 1991, Anders has been a senior consultant
in international human resources, most recently with Towers Perrin.
His main focus has been design, implementation and administration
of global rewards programs including rewards philosophy, structures
and benchmarking for local market conditions and compliance as well
as solutions for International Mobility (expatriates) with multinational
workforces and different mobility assumptions. He has given public
presentations in various fora, interviews in press and media as well
as written articles. Anders attended the University of Stockholm,
majoring in law and economics. |
Gary Parker |
Gary Parker is a partner of the Strategic
Rewards Group. During the past thirty-five years Gary has held senior
executive positions at The Coca-Cola Company and Chase Manhattan Bank
in the field of international human resources (IHR). From 1997-2002
he was SVP, Global Compensation Practice Chairman of Aon Consulting.
Gary has comprehensive experience in the design and implementation
of compensation methods and systems, namely, executive pay plans,
sales incentive plans, global share schemes, employee benefits, and
international assignment. He has many years of experience in international
labor relations and has advised many “Fortune 500” companies in the
areas of manpower planning, organizational development, and mergers
& acquisitions. He is a regular on the professional speaking circuit
and has written and provided counsel extensively on most functional
aspects of global human resources. Gary attended the Cumberland School
of Law and received a MBA from the University of Rome. |
